The Hampton International Games (HIG) is getting help from the Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago (SPORTT). This year?s event takes place from tomorrow through Sunday at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.
According to a Ministry of Sport news release, SPORTT has contributed $52,000 to the Games to cover the cost of medals, trophies and stipends for more than 90 officials. Additionally, meet-timing and results management is also being handled by an eight-person team from SPORTT, which provides this service to all meet organisers in Trinidad and Tobago.
